When some one hurts you make sure you dont do the same take abreath if your amuslem get ablution pray two raka you can also recite the holy book quraan alkariim and then pray for anything you need in your life iam very sure allah will replay you since he is the most graciouse andthe most merceful he doesnot betray and he pays equaly so my frends in islam never act according to your unger always take your time and ask your loard to make you patient in every thing your doing
