Forgiveness has a process like for instance if your are seeking forgivenes from GOD you need to first abondone the evil and keep your self away from it and then go to GOD and ask forgiveness, like wise even when you want to ask your friend forgiveness atleast you do something that makes him happy he or she will forgive you.
You need to be real in your forgiveness. Forgive and then forget for the sake of GOD.
Prophet muhamad peace be upon him said (Be with mercy in this world and GOD will also put mercy on you) if GOD forgives and how about you so brothers and sisters learn how to forgive and forget GOD will make you fresh and he will always walk with you in everything.
